As many of you may know, there have been a lot of positive internal changes here at Bradmac in the last 12 months and our trade partners should have already started seeing the benefit of these. With our new and improved website now live, we wanted to take this opportunity to keep our distributors in the loop and go through some of the ways we have changed, and where we have stayed the same.
The biggest impact has been on delivery times. Bradmac now has its own warehouse, increasing our ability to hold stock. We now carry a large amount of stock of all of our product portfolio, ready for quick dispatch when you need it. Whilst our pricing has remained the same, we now benefit from significant back-office support. Marketing, accounts and service departments are now on hand to help when they are needed for an easy transaction.
In order to drive the business forward and keep supporting our customers we have some new experts in the team, we will be introducing them soon but you can check out the team page to spot some familiar faces.
